I was having a hard time saving money to buy a computer for my kids so after watching the tv commercial for this company i really fall for it. it has been 12 months already, i have paid my total "layaway" money to them and still nothing. they've given me 4 deliveries dates but nothing. when i call them for tracking information, all they say is that either "dell" or "hp" are behind with their orders or that there were some delays and they have no control over this situations and i'm given e new delivery date.
