i heard the add on the radio while still living in Florida when i called and spoke to a sale rep named Daniel Snyder told her i wanted to purchase a laptop and would like to pay it off. I was then told about the $99.00 down payment and about the five consecutive payments that i have to make in order to be financed i agreed the order was processed and was sent an sales order invoice number 87604 of which i had to sign and ship back to CEC solutions of which i had done

after a week of the order i had called them to let them know that i would like to put a hold on the order cause i was moving to Philadelphia and when i had moved i would let them know the address that i have moved to so that they could process the order of which i did when i had moved in may around about the 18th.

I was then told that i will be sent a shipping order form of which i had to sign and have shipped back to them after a long wait and continuous calls to them and having to speak to a different consultant and different excuses every time i discovered that they had sent it to a wrong address. after giving them the correct address i was promised to receive the form in the next 5 working days still nothing was received i called them up again this time spoke to a consultant named chad who seemed to be a bit helpful asked him if he have the form faxed to me of which he did.I signed the form and had it shipped the same day that i received the fax.

I called them up a couple of days later to find out if they had received the form ,i was told that i had to wait another 3 weeks in order for the form to be processed an for their system to be updated then i would be given a shipping date and that would take 8-10 working days to be shipped to me. three weeks has passed i called them up to find out the shipping date i was told that the form have not been processed as yet so i cannot be given a shipping date.

I had previously asked them to cancel the order and return my money i was told by on of the consultants that i cannot be refunded but she would cancel the order so i told her what was the use of canceling the order if i could'nt get my money back after paying all the hundreds of $'s. when i called for the shipping date and was told that the forms was not yet processed i had asked to a supervisor of which i am still waiting to return my call and i am still paying for a laptop that i did not receive as yet please help what do i do
