Celadon Percentage pay Indianapolis Indiana

 I have only been driving for celadon for 1 month as a lease operator and I see that there is very little logic in theIraq logistics department. I've noticed quite a few things with this company particularly when it comes to company drivers verses the owner operators. When you an o/o and select the percentage package ,they put us at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to loads but if your a company driver it's a different story! I want to know what the total bill is for a load so I can calculate whether the percentage they are giving me is true or do they just make up a number and decide that that'd what they want to offer you.... I've seen loads that pay in upwards of $1,400 for running 500 miles and yet they won't give the o/of those loads but instead they will give those loads to the milage drivers and vise versa. I went Ino the lease purchase program in hopes of finding a trusting, team type of work environment to work in but all I've received so far is nasty,sarcastic, & rude driver managers that leave you waiting for days without a load but I bet that if I were a company driver then I would never stop running because at the end of the day that's what celadon is all about which is false hopes.... like. A dangling carrot. Granted , I do have a nice truck out of the deal and I'm just about ready to start searching for a company that honors my lease or that will bring in enough money to take care of my truck note. I smell a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AROUND THE CORNER! At this point I'm just about ready to get my own authority and make things happen. I'm only getting older. Is anyone else understanding where I'm coming from?
