Celebration Photography Inc. Jon Lee Kern Fraudelunt Contract....Rip-Off Fullerton, California

We had contracted Celebration Photography for our wedding 12/18/2010.  Our contract was Paid in Full prior to 12/2010.  We did have Engagement pictures taken, but we have never seen them. I had to pay for special Insurance for them through Orange County Parks Department because they did not have enough to cover my event.  

Our photographer showed up on time and we had no problems with that.  Our problem started when I tried to make an appointment to plan our book and pick out our photos.  I soon received an email stating that they we out of business and that we would only receive disks with photos if anything.  I research them from the State of California because they are operating as a Corporation.  I found that their status with the Secretary of State has been suspended.  

I received a call from my photographer, who was contracted by Celebration Photography and was told that he has not received payment for our wedding, as well as some of the others he did for them.  He informed me that there are others that are owed money from Celebration Photography for their services.   So, it is safe to say there is a whole lot of people out there that have been ripped off by these people.

We have received our photos on disk from an address in Las Vegas, NV.  I guess we are luckier than some of you who have received nothing.  

I have my contract and would like to join others to bring justice to the people involved in this scam.
