Cell-Phone-Traders.com ripped off....brand new galaxy s6 for $24 in return reno Nevada

Cell-Phone-Trader.com quoted me $300 for a 6 month new Samsung Galaxy S6. i never once dropped the phone, it was kept in a lifeproof case at home. The phone was a home use cell phone only. When charged, it was always left turned off. i loved this phone, it never gave me any problems.

My girlfriend one day surprised me with the newer updated Samsung Galaxy S7. I really didn't need it, i would have kept the Galaxy S6 but i went and switched with the Galaxy S7 just to say i had the newer one. So i looked online and found Cell-Phone-Trader.com, i figured let me sell my Galaxy S6 im not using it anyways. it cost me $600 so i thought let me sell it for at least half the price i bought it for. 

A month later I recieved an email that i'm getting only $24 for my phone. I thought that was a mistake that they made so i called to find out what happened. They told me it had battery heating up problem and the screen was messed up, so that the value of the phone was only $24. I thought that was insane so i asked to please return my phone, they said it was already recycled. Again i loved my phone cause it never gave me any problems and it was only 6 months new.

When they noticed I was upset, they offered me an extra $20 to make things good. They told me they sent 9 emails about how my phone was messed up and how it might have gone to spam and which is why I probably couldn't find it. I went through every email one by one, spam and inbox and did not find anything. I then I asked to speak to management and they said there was no one else. Really.

Someone please tell me there's something I can do about this.
