Don’t sell your device to Cell Phone Traders – they are unfair.

Cell Phone Traders indicated that they would pay $151.00 for my iPad 2 if nothing was wrong with it.  I sent them my iPad 2 and they changed the price to $11.00.  I called them and asked why the price was changed.  They said that the volume buttons did not work and that the screen had white spots on it.

The iPad 2 was thoroughly inspected before it was sent and was in pristine condition.  There were no white spots on the screen and the volume buttons worked perfectly.

Selling your device to this company is a bad deal because they are in the position of being able to say there was something wrong with the device while you have no way of appealing their claim.  They have every incentive to claim defects in the device where there are none and you have no way of appealing their claim.
