I too was a victume of this cellspypro and ripped off with no return of my money.  I submitted my resolution form to my bank and it was also deneid,thats when I started to take a closer look at all of the paper work and its true, this company is not registered,nor is any of this information true.  I am besides myself, not only did he get away with the 99.99 but I received several charges on top of this fee from my bank for funds not in account when this was fraugulently taken...I see that many other people have been taken advantage of as well and I am looking for information on how we all can get our hard earned money back and shut this guy down. Now I know we cannot leave our email address here so please contact me through this site with informaiton on any class act suits that may be in process or information on how we all can get together to go after this guy..this has to stop!
