This company called cell spy pro is suppose to be a product that you can purchase for 99.00. they make it seem so easy and simple on there webiste. its a product to listen to someone calls and obtain there contact list and text messages. not once on there website did they mention you have to have all this extra sh*t like software that came with your phone, usb cord for your cell to be hooked up to your computer, etc. NOTHING. They say purchase and in 5 minutes you can be checking any phone. yeah right, you have to go through so much sh*t to use this service and then its very confusing. There is a long as* manual that you have to read, then they dont even have soneone you can talk to for tech support. there number is just a recording. they only have e-mail. sad. how is a legite company dont have a human you can talk too. sickening!!!

Sorry, but this is not helping anybody investigating this company at all.
If your complaint is that you require items which you need to access certain functions of our phone, such as USB cords, disks etc, these are NOT an indication that a scam is going on, nor is poor customer service.
If the requirement is to read something in the manual of your phone, or that you know certain features of your phone, the lack of knowledge of the customer is not an indication of fraudulent intentions of the company I intend to buy a product from.
Could you maybe regroup and list what the actual problem was with the product and if they delivered upon paying. Obvious the quality of the product seems iffy. still doesn't make them scammers.
Since you are secret in Maryland, I wonder if you actually are a legit customer of these people.

I too have been scammed by this individual, and I have also found out by reading another rip off report submitted on this same company of what we can do to not only get our money back but also how to stop this scammer. im following all instructions and nothing has been done everything is downloaded to my pc. now to get it to my phone i have to go an extra mile as far as to find my phone software and that was done still nothing. there is no one to talk to or contact at all after you follow all instructions so what am i left to do. i want my money bak they were quick to take that and dont even give out any help. i dont kno if the website needs to b updated or what but its ridiculous.
