I was introduced to Cellogica Day & Night Cream via Amazon and I am very disappointed, especially being charged for a product that did not live up to expectations. No where did I see in the introduction that I would be charged after fourteen days of accepting free trial. In fact their ad says 30 days free trial. I was told that all I needed to do was pay for shipping the items. To compound the issue, the customer service sucks as the only interest was to sell more products and not even consider the issue at hand. This is a rip off, as the products received are in such small quantities and not worth the price. I found out from my credit card company that Cellogica had charged full price $129.95 for the first trial offer that was advertised as $4.95. Then I received another box in the mail today with a charge of $133.90 I am furious that companies can get away with this false advertising. Many people do not have this kind of money to spend and a sample seems like a great thing for $4.95.
