Cellgica I as many others ordered a free trial for shipping and handleing $4.95 I did not request the eye cream but was charged shipping and was sent anyway. this was on 1/19/2018.  Ripped off Nevada

I as many other ordered a free trial of Cellgica with only paying shipping. I did not request the eye cream but was charged shippig and received, this was on 1/19/2018. Opened 1 item tried it once never opened the cream. My bank account was charged &129.95 and $99.95 while still in the pending status in my account it showed up as BBI Marketing had to wait until charges cleared. After speaking with my bank on the charge they pulled up the fee for the shipping charges turned out to be in the same companies. I called the company immediately, cancelled all future charges. When I requested a refund I was hung up on. Called back 3 additional times all they would say is I agreed to term and conditions, requested a copy , hung up, callled again asked for supervisor and or the information on the Corporate Office hung up again. This company needs to be stopped.
