CELLPHONESHOP NO ADDITIONALNAME, NO ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY AND NOT MENTION THAT THE MERCHANDISE COMES FROM HONG KONG. UNETHICAL COMPANY, Internet

I ordered a battery for my cell phone April 10,2012 from "CellPhoneShop" on the internet.  I ordered the battery number straight from the battery in my phone.  When the battery arrived it was a different number and naturally did not fit.  When I contacted the company they claimed I order a number that I could not have made up and after reading the "Rip Off" and other complaints I realized that this is what this company does. They send a different number than what you ordered if they do not have your exact product then claim you ordered it.  That is most likely due to the fact that regardless they are taking your money. 

There is a return policy that claims it must be returned within 14 days to get your money back, from purchase date, which means that my purchase date was April 10, and I did not receive it until April 16, 2012.  The shipping and handling fees are non-returnable, but I know that I did not order the wrong battery, they sent me what they had in stock.  In an internet conversation they did tell that they do not sale that battery number AB663450GZ.  They sent me AB553446GZ.  When looking for return information on the order slip, there was no mention of where to send this battery to be returned.  I called the number listed above and a lady from India, told me that I will receive information in 24 hours on procedures for returning as the clock ticks and they do not need to return my money.

I later find out that the company although looks like it is an American Company, actually ships from an address:  PO Box 44444; Shau Kel Wan Post Office; Hong Kong.

After reading many complaints about this company, I think it important that people be warned!!!
