8/9/08 when I placed my order items where listed as in stock. I received a partial order that was damaged with a shipping order listing other items as out of stock due to high demand.

Calling and email was unsuccessful in getting a return number, so I returned damaged item requesting a refund.

My complaint is not only is it impossible to commuicate with this company but they bill you for items that are out of stock or on backorder. Then you spend months trying to get a refund.

Placed order on 8/9/08 still waiting for a refund 9/13/08. I read the other complaints,how can this company have so many backorders and still have these items listed on their web site as in stock?

Charging for items that are out of stock or on backorder is dishonest!!!
