Cellular-blowout.com / Wildcat Communications ordered a phone 4 overnight delivery, i have not received it and cant get a response! Agoura Hills California

I ordered a touch screen phone last week on 7-31-08. I paid 49 dollars for overnight delivery since I was going on vacation and would not be there to receive the order. I went through their customer service to request that I get that delivery address changed since my package didnt arrive overnight as requested and paid for. Its now 7 days later. I have not heard from cellular-blowout. I can not get a live person to talk to or any email responses.

Cellular blowout is completely ignoring me and I still dont have my phone. everytime I pull up my order status it tells me that I dont have an order and when i pull up my receipt which is suppose to display a ups tracking number when shipment goes out there is no tracking number listed. I cant even call ups to track my shipment. I'm going to have to notify my attorney to see where I can go from here.
