!!! CAUTION - DisHonest Seller !!!

Seller adds Undisclosed and Unauthorized additional charges to the order after final approval...

The amount actually charged to PayPal is over the amount approved at PayPal and over the approved grand total at the customer's website. This is Fraud - The site is intentionally adding unauthorized charges.

Step 1 Place order for items that show a total amount of $3.59

Step 2. Select PayPal shipping. Redirected to PayPal, approve total of $3.59.

Step 3: Redirected back to Wireless Emporiumincinc dba CellularOutfitter.com website, Review Order, Approve order that shows a "Grand Total of $3.59 at the bottom next to the Approval button.

Step 4. Wireless Emporiumincinc dba CellularOutfitter.com sends a confirmation email that now shows the following:
$3.59 "Order Subtotal"    $7.99 "Shipping and handling"    $11.57 "Grand Total"

They intentionally added an additional $7.99 to the order after the "Grand Total" was approved and then in the email they update the billing to a new "Grand Total".

Their Customer Service reps attempt to mislead and confuse their policy stating that the customer must have missed the shipping disclosure but this is not true.

They have 3 shipping options.
X USPS First Class (4-10 business days) << Selected… No added charges >>
USPS Priority mail (2-4 business days
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) #22.99
                      [Apply]
(* MUST press APPLY to update total.)
(* MUST press APPLY to see tax charges.)

The faster more expensive shipping charge is shown ($22.99) but is not selected. The default USPS shipping is clearly selected and the site prompts for approval of the Grand Total at the bottom.

In really small print there is a statement "(* MUST press APPLY to Update total.) Clearly this is not applicable for my order as I am not updating the shipping options... I am approving the selected / USPS First Class shipping option and the Grand Total that was previously confirmed.

When I called, they go on to say that the Express Shipping charge (of 22.99) is the only shipping amount they know... but this is clearly not true as they also state that their default shipping charges are fixed at 5.99 for the 1st item and 1.99 for each additional item.

They try and have it both ways but clearly they are not disclosing their shameful shipping charges and intentionally adding these costs after approval of their "Grand Total".

This shameful seller is not a trusted seller and should be banned.

Don't let them rip you off... Stay away.
