I recieve a phone call about recieving magazine through the mail for a small fee. I agreed verbally to certain magazines. My credit card was billed more than agreed and the time frame for paying was more than I agreed to. I tried an attempt to talk to the company and explain the misinterpereted conversation, I was told there was nothing I could do about it and owed them well over $1,000.00. They were unwilling to work with me. They have been harassing me on my phone, leaving nasty messages and sending me statements demanding payment. I cancelled my credit card. I no longer recieve the magazines. I feel they were dishonest and misrepresented their product. I do not like being harassed and would like them to let go of this. I will not be paying this exuberant amount of money for product I did not want and do not get.

I received an email from newsletter@theirdomain [not gonna advertise for them] - I decided to give it a try and ordered 3 different magazines.. I gave them my credit card # for initial authorization and the 3 mags.. a week later, I was billed for 3 times the amount.. I called them demanding an explanation and they told me that I checked a box (that doesn't exist on their order form) for 8 different cooking magazines.. I told them that a) I don't cook and b) even if I did, recipes are freely available all over (especially online) and there would be no reason for me to get a subscription to EIGHT DIFFERENT cooking magazines - they asked for my credit card number again so that they could remove it, I was stupid enough to believe them and they charged me for 5 new magazines (all female/pregnancy related ones) utterly ridiculous, I am a 19 year old male, why would I want 5 pregnancy subscriptions and 8 cooking ones???? STAY AWAY from this company, they only care about getting your money!!!
