Center For Credit Card Counseling Services - CFCCS Ripoff Fraudulent Unethical company that stopped paying my credit card debt Deerfield Beach Florida

I chose this company back in 2002 beacuse I wanted assistance paying down my debt and it sounded great. I did not have any problems until this year.

In December I noticed that one of my creditors was not getting paid and they were charging me late fees. I sent a email and then forgot about it until the next bill. I emailed again and this time I got a response.

I was told that they showed that they paid the creditor and would contact them to find out why my payments were not going through and they would contact me again. I did not hear from her again, so I called. The woman on the phone told me to wait until my next statement to see if all payments were made.

This is now three months and no payments. I then began to check my other credit cards more closely. I was in the habit of paying CFCCS and the creditor to get the amount down faster.

I have been trying to get ahold of CFCCS for a month and I have no luck.

This company has taken money from someone who trusted that the payments would be made in a timely matter. I don't understand people like this who rip of those with little money and the elderly.

I have read other letters on this site and I will follow their advice - contact the Florida BBB and the Florida Attorney General.
Be warned, I am only out $800.00 you could be out more. Don't use this company.
