Central Jersey Transportation CJT Bait & Switch TomsRiver NJ

We hired company to Transport us to Airport. We exlained that we would have alot of luggage. The owner told us he would send an SUV from his "fleet". 

First the car was late picking us up... then when it did show up, it was an OLD Town Car in bad shape. The driver told us that this would never work.. he could not fit our luggage in the car. When asked where the SUV was he had no answer. We missed our flight and was foced to pay a very heavy fee for another. 

I called the company to inquire and the owner became very defensive and rude. We asked why the SUV was not sent and he made up some excuse. I asked the driver if we wish to go to the office to speak with owner. We were told that there is no office and we would have to call.

After diligent research on this company, I found that they do not own an SUV at all. In fact they only own two (2) Old Vehilces that are in bad shape. I also found that this company isnt even located in NJ. The owner resides in another state! This is no more than a Bad Taxi Company that shouldn't even be operating if there is no real office and the owner doesn't even reside here.

This is not the first incident with this company. The first time we were left looking for our driver for an hour at the airport. The owner kept insisting the driver was there looking for us when in fact, he didnt even arrive to the airport until 1 our after we arrived. But we figured we would give them another chance.

This company is toal bait & switch. We thught this was a well established serivce. Come to find out that drivers are not trained nor do they have proper credentials to operate these vehicles with passengers. It's amazing what a website could do for a company.
