Century 21 Electronics Ripoff, Order Advertised Model but Receive a Different Model !!! Brooklyn New York

I was led to their site from google because of best price listing. I ordered the Panasonic PV-GS500 camcorder with their kit # 3 as advertised for $750.00 plus $25.00 shipping. When I received the package the invoice had the correct model number but the camcorder was a Panasonic NV-GS500. I called Panasonic and was told that that model was not for sale in the United States and Panasonic offered no Tech support or repair should it break. When I called Century 21 electronics about it they said I could send it to them for repair. When I asked for something in writing stating that, they refused and asked me to "Trust Them". I said I did not want it and they let me return it however they would not pay the $21.07 return shipping charge and even though they told me I would get a refund in 10 business days it took almost a month for them to credit only $675.00. They are charging me a $75.00 restocking fee and will not refund any shipping charges. This was not a mistake this was fraud, STAY CLEAR!!
