Initially, these guys offered a great price.  That is where the niceties stopped!!  The day they picked me up for my move, not only were they VERY late, but the guys picking me up were extremely RUDE and my price IMMEDIATELY went to triple the original estimate (even though I had less items than I originally listed)!! 

Once they realized I was older, they went to town.  They were careless with the wrapping up of my furniture, and when my wife tried to tell them about it, they told her to "Shut the "eff" up, we know what we are doing".  That left her totally distraught and hysterically crying.  I tried to tell them that their behavior was unacceptable, and they just laughed.  I then tried to call the office to report their actions and NO ONE answered the phone.

Once they had all of our worldly belongings on the truck, they strongarmed us into signing the contract the way they had altered it with the triple price.  We felt like complete and utter victims of all the horror stories we had read online and just prayed that somehow we would still see our things again.

That unfortunately, NEVER happened.  Two months passed as we waited anxiously for our delivery, again, with NO communications from the company.  We started doing some homework and realized that these guys are doing business as several different companies, each WORSE than the first!

We had spend MANY weeks calling the office, the dispatch center, etc. begging them for our things to be delivered.  They kept telling us that we had to pay the inflated price IN ADVANCE or they would not deliver our stuff.

We finally sent them a Postal Money order for the balance they claimed we owed only to wait another 4 weeks for our things.  Once we finally got them, everything was broken, and we were missing our only items of value conveniently.  We called the owner Ofir to get the missing things back and he just laughed and said you have to file a claim.  No apologies, NOTHING!!

We feel like we have no other recourse but to file a complaint here, tell the BBB, and every TV station we can to help others not be the victims of these scam artists. DO NOT USE these  companies if you ever want to see your items or your bank account again!
