C.E.T.S. ripoff They made a false claim to get some money from me. England internet

They called on the telephone to to tell me that I won a computer, monitor and video camera. They said all they needed was me to pay shipping charges about $375.00. What actually came in the mail was a Credit Repair Kit Pamlet as it primary componet with a CD. They also give you other stuff inside that packet of one offer or another with incredable deals, but you pay the shipping and handling. That shipping and handling is not according to size or balk, but price of the supposed free item. I did not buy any of those. That $375.00 for the supposed computer that I was supposed to get, but didn't was as far as I went with them.

I called that telephone number and it a dead number. This telephone number is the same number on both the check and there Welcome page of the evelope that they sent me.

There address on the package they sent me is from Utah:
