C&F Finance Company Harassing Phone Calls Constantly! Richmond Virginia

This company is horrible to deal with! They call constantly and threaten to repossess!! I was late on a payment and called to let them know when they could take the money from my debit card and they still continued to call at least twice a day! They called my husband's work, my mother and my cell phone constantly. It was the same people that called the others on here, especially Emmelly Byrd.

I know that it's not good to be late and that they want reassurance that the loan will be paid, but this is ridiculous!! I have lost two jobs since I have had this loan due to outsourcing to other countries (no fault of my own) and have done the best I can to keep this paid just so I don't have to be stressed out constantly by these people!.

They could cause my husband to be fired by calling his work all the time and they certainly wouldn't get paid then!! If you are even thinking about using this company, DON'T. I would rather drive the worst car out there than to use this company and I am currently looking at refinancing or even trading in the vehicle that I love just so I don't have to deal with these people again. There are plenty of companies out there that are willing to help people restart their credit again without having to deal with all of this. With this economy, there will be even more people looking for this type of loan, I just hope that they don't learn the hard way as I am by accepting a loan from this company!
