Chacon Autos only buy one car from these people Lewisville Texas

i purchased a 2002 galant from chaco autos in 2004 had no problems paid on time good car. i told my mom about them and she went to purchase a car. she purchased a 2002 kia also mind you i have had my for 2 yrs now and my car would be paid off in janurary 2007. ok she said the paper and told me i would be the cosigner ok no problem. and that we would have the same acct number and that she would pay 300 a month and i would pay 300 a month ok still no problem. and was told by douglas that when i am ready i could trade my car in ok still no problem i was thinking about it anyway.

a couple of weeks went by i went to my local ford dealer and was going to trade my car and have ford pay the remaining balance which should not be over 2000. when ford call frank the manager in the chacon office in dallas he informed ford that the if you pay the galant off you had to pay the kia off because we have combined the payments. ok at this time i was not told of this and mind you my car should have a balance of maybe 1500.00. i called frank at the office in dallas and he told me that it was combined and it was my fault i did not know about it. i told him wanted to talk to the owners and he told me no ones talks to them you need to go through him! at this time i am upset i have paid my portion of the agreement except for 1500.00 give or take a few and now you telling me i have to pay 12000.00 for both cars and that they are together.

frist what kind of company would cheat of the their customer and i should have been infomed of this . and i would have not ask my mother to purchase anything from these people. so people with credit problems do go to chacon you will get ripped off!!
