Chacon Autos ripoff Lied about credit reporting Rowlett Texas

I, too was lied to about the credit reporting. I bought a car in 2000. I didn't have any trouble with it, but since this was a company who was supposed to help rebuild your credit, I was devistated to find out that after I'd made every payment, on time, that it was not on my credit report. I called headquarters in Dallas, and was told they could only give me a letter of credit. When I explained to them that I was specifically told that they do report to the 3 main credit bureaus, all I got was an apology and a statement that they would get the word out that customers should not be told this. After reading what someone else has written about the same experience, 5 years later, it's obvious to me they're a bunch of liars.
