Returned items back in October 2011. Chadwicks never credited the items.

They have charged my account for the items and now have charged late fees for items I returned.

Checked with UPS they show returned items to their warehouse.

Phone calls from Chadwicks are coming every day about nine times a day.

They will not help with the situation.
