Chamonix Genucel They auto charge your card after 60 days without authorization

I bought some products as a gift 1 time. I did not sign up for auto ship, but they signed auto ship up for me (unknown to me). Maybe it's in some small print when you buy, but how dishonest is that?

I responded immediately and informed them to cancel this order as I did not place it, nor did I sign up for auto ship. Here is their reply:

We received your request. We are sorry to hear that we are going to lose you as a valued customer. We understand that you did not initiate this order or authorize orders on a reoccurring shipment. We reviewed your account, it shows that you placed an order on genucel.com as a first time customer on your first order which enrolled in our auto-renewal back on 08/20. You had 60 days to try the products to see if you wanted to continue or not on auto-renewal. If you did not wish to receive any future orders, you had to notify no later than 10/15 to avoid being charged for a second shipment. Since, we did not hear anything from you, therefore a shipment was billed on 10/22 yesterday. This shipment has already processed and cannot be stopped Keep in mind, this shipment is non-refundable. Here at Chamonix we appreciate your business. Per your request, we went ahead and cancelled you from the Preferred Customer Program as of October 23th, 2018. Yes they did cancel my 'next' shipment for which I never signed up for in the first place-but at a cost of $139 to me for their scam. How many people they must be ripping off all over the World doing this. They just poked a bear, and I will never shut up unless they give me my $ back!

i am disputing the charge with my bank, and if they ship me something I will refuse delivery or return any left packages.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
