Champion Chevrolet ripoff Changed contract after sale, forged my signature on paperwork Austin Texas

First I would like to say the used vehicle I bought from them has been great. But, from the git-go, I took a leased vehicle in for a trade in, eight days later they told me to come get it because they could not return the Chevrolet leased vehicle.

My main complaint is that they changed the GMAC to Auto One after the contract was signed. I did not initial it and only discovered it later. They also Forged my signature and Will Stephenson[Used Car Mgr} admitted it but would not give me a copy.

Second, I used a Capital One Check for the down payment of $4000.00. It was charged to my Capital One account. The first statement I got I transfered it to a different credit card. So my balance was $0.00. That was on Aug.12 2003. On Aug 14, 2003 Capital One took a phone request{not from me} for another $4000.00. I have contacted Capital One and many others to straighten it out.

Finally in Feb 2004 Capital One agreed I did not make this request. Auto One did it. Capital One is harrasing me. Kay Smith at the Executive Offices [1-800-955-1455 x451-6460} will not return my calls even though now they have turned me into the credit Bureau for a R9.

Champion Chevrolet has not been of any help. They would not tell me who forged my signature. I will be filing a complaint against Capital One in a minute. The General Manager Nick Oliver asked if I was mentally retarded or unable to handle my affairs. I want everyone to know they FORGED my name and changed the contract after it had been signed. One more thing, my salesman was Captain Foreman. I advise all to not do business with this company.
