Horribe construction and substandard materials.  Mine is a Redman Home and after only a few years, the kitchen laminate flooring began breaking and coming apart.  The carpet pulled away from the floor edge.  The subfloor is a step below particle boards.

  Once it gets wet (toilet overflow) it begins to bubble and rot.  I have had to replace the majority of the outlets as they have already worn out and nothing will stay plugged in.  The walls are made of the thinnest dry wall available.  Shingles have  blown off the roof.

I cannot beleive that this meets any government standards.  I wish I would have went with another company.  I do NOT recommend Champion Homes.  Do your research.  I wish I would have.  There are other better and more highly recommended builders than Champion.

Iseman Homes. Champion Homes. I purchased a home from them. They do not stand by their work. Do not fix anything in the home. They are not licensed in Minnesota and they are not licensed to put a home in Minnesota. It's a new home and its junk. I cannot get it fixed. Ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota
