Champs Apparel Ordering a jersey online and haven't received it. The website is now suspended and I still do not have my order Internet

 We ordered a Ezekiel Elliott Dallas Cowboys jersey from champsapparel.com on November 26th. It supposedly got shipped out on the November 29th and it's been over 15 days and still nothing. I got onto the website and realized the website said they were based out of Columbus, OH but when I pulled up the address given on the website, it came up as a college for girls which made me question my order. I then tracked my package through USPS and realized it was coming from China. We have still yet to receive our order. My mother has contacted them about their location and they won't respond. All they tell her is that it will arrive in 5-15 days. I tried to check the website today and noticed it was suspended and I cannot find the website anywhere. Can someone please tell me what's going on, because this was a Christmas gift that we have yet recieved? I am so disappointed beyond belief in this company!!! We'd really like our money back!!

 Hello, my name is Scott. I read your post for the ChampsApparel website. I actually bought online from that exact website. I ordered two jerseys on December 2nd 2016. I've tried to contact them but all I could reach was the champs sports customer service. They informed me that it was a scam and fraud. So I called my bank to file a dispute and they told me they needed more information. Well today I went to check my mail. I received a package from China. I was so shocked. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was one of the jerseys I ordered. And if I'm not mistaken I think they upgraded me to the stitched jersey. So yes I thought it was fake also But to my surprise it showed today, well now yesterday afternoon. Yesterday was the 17th of January. So over a month and a half. I hope this is helpful and I believe you will receive your package in due time. It just might take a bit
