This guy Charles McCombs got referred to us by a mortgage company and now he is being a psycho because we called him about our services. I dont know what is wrong with him but he wont leave us alone. He keeps emailing me and he wont stop. He actually went on Rip-Off and made a complaint on me so I figured I would do the same thing to him.
If you are reading this and thinking about hiring or doing business with Charles McCombs I would strongly think again. During adversity you really see someone's character and I have seen Mr McCombs throughtout our brief conversation over email. Please look below on how he responds to me, how he speaks, how he conducts himself. This is not professional or right in any kind of way. I really feel sorry for Mr. McCombs kids,wife and friends. If acts this way over something so small then no telling how he acts around his loved ones. I truthfully believe that this Mr. McCombs needs to take anger management classes. Mr. McCombs needs to learn how to handle stress.
Out of the mouth the heart speaks and look how he speaks.

have stated from the beginning your a scam....Oh wait, I get it, your butt hurt

are pathic and apparently this is your way of compensating for your short
comings? Have you really convinced yourself you are somebody? You're obsolete,
you don't count for nothing. If you dissapeard tomorrow life would still go on
and no one would remember you as a good person. No one cares because you're
just blah and your words follow as such blah blah blah. Reality check 5 years
is still a new company and you still have'nt learned anything yet.

After Mr Mendiola the owner of MSI Credit Solutions wrote this about my husband I contacted as many places that would hear me. I contacted Attorney General TX, Attorney General AR, Attorney General Federal, FTC, BBB and NACSO. Everything Mr. Mendiola wrote was all in retaliation for calling his company a scam, blocking him from contacting us and reporting him and his company on this site. He has hurt not only my husband and I but our children, and for that I can never forgive.
I have received several letters informing me of an investigations but this was the best letter yet. Please read Mr. Mendiola response when NASCO contacted him. I hope this clears every thing up. My Mendiola has even stated to NASCO the he would have the comments he made about my husband removed from this site. We will see what the future holds and if he truly is a man of his word.

Please notify Mr. and Mrs. McCombs that I apologize for my actions. When Mr. McCombs replied back saying he didnt need our services because we were a scam I took it personal. I reacted and let my emotions get the best of me.
It is very irritating that people judge you or your company by a couple of negative post that they read online. We have never scammed anybody and we never will. I sincerely apologize to the McCombs family and hope they find it in their hearts to forgive me.

Nothing that I have wrote has been a untruthful, I have all the emails that Mr. McCombs wrote me. We have never scammed anybody and never will. Mr. McCombs made some comments about our company on ripoff report and now he doesn't like it that we have done the same on him.
I told Mr McCombs that if he continued to post these lies that I would file a suit against him for defamation of character.
Thank God for Rip Off Report. Now when people do research on Charles McCombs they will see his true character and how he conducts himself in certain situations.

On 06/25/12 I sent in a complaint on MSI Credit Solutions and all the harassing email and phone calls I was receiving and even posted some of them. see http://www.ripoffreport.com/Search/MSI-Credit-Solutions.aspx there are other that have been hurt by this man and instead of making good on his word he lashes out. I love how he can changed words around and then put that Charles wrote them when in fact I was the one responding to his emails and signing them because enough is enough. I finally had to block him and his company. You can see everything when you click on the link listed above. This is coming from a man that said this website won't hurt him and everyone would laugh if I posted anything about MSI Credit. Now I believe his comments will hurt him. If you are inerested in any or all of the emails please contact me and I will send them to you. Then you can see what he was writing as well.
