Charter Cable charter charged hundreds of dollars to our bill for x rated movies we did'nt order or see Atlanta Georgia

I was in teh process of terminating cable with charter. Upon paying ,I was told that the bill was over 500 dollars because of xx rated movies that some one ordered. No one at my home ordered and some of the times listed we were not in town. I complained and complained to no avail and then they would not tajk to me because the bill was in my husbands name.

My husband called and he was told the same as I and that they were not giving the money back or credit the account because he had paid the bill. For one my husband pays bills without looking at the charges or credits sometimes he over pays.

I recently seen on tv news channel 2 in GA> were charter cable had chared over 300 people 500 .00 dollars for x rated movies that they did'nt order. that was so strange that everyone was charged 500.00 for x rated movies that they did'nt order.

I think they were just charing us for the people who get those boxes illegally or hook up illeageally. Thats not right to do your good paying costermers like that. In fact a service man that came to check out why my internet was getting so many popups that were xxxxrated, he told me my area have that service for payperview when we being charged. He told me not to let them know he told me that. I want to know, with so many people duped out of so much money ,can't there be a class action lawsuit against the cable company?
