Chase Automotive Finance ripoff, dishonest, no straight answer, was approved for transfer & assumption, they loss paperwork, then was denied Garden City New York

I've been in a lease for 2 years, back in January on 2004 I was approved for a transfer & assumption, I paid all the fees. At this point all I was waiting for was the motor vehicle paperwork to complete the transfer.

It was taken a long time, they processed my check March 19th, even that I sent in Feburary 6th.

I called up Chase to see what was going on, this women told me it was still being process. I ask her what is still being processed. Well, she couldn't give me an answer, she just song & danced me. I told her if I don't here something in a week, I'll be calling back.

I gave it about three weeks, called back and spoke to someone else. She was apologetic. I'm sorry Miss Keats, I don't know why you didn't receive the rest of the paper work. She apologize again and said it be sent out right away, you should receive it in 3 to 5 business days. well, needless to say a week went by and still no paper work.

I called again, got someone else, who again kept giving me these crazy excuses. Finally, I told him put me on with a supervisor, which was like pulling teeth to get him to do it.

I got to a supervisor, she looked into the situation. Came back on the phone to tell me they lost the paperwork. Very apologetic, and told me we have to start all over again. She was very good and professional. So, we went through all the necessary steps again!

Guess what, I've got the run around for about a month to find out, that now were being denied. What happen in three months to get turned down. They don't know and thier the bank.

All this because they lost the paperwork! Yet they still have my money.
