Chase Card Services ripoff sky high APR changes without notice or good reason Wilmington Delaware

We too have been ripped of by Chase Card Services when they decided to change our APR to the default rate. We have been customers with them for several years and have (or had) three cards with them. We have since cancelled them.

They changed our APR saying they didn't like our credit report. So why the default rate? They didn't like our credit report, oh, and they wouldn't tell us why. No where in their definition of the default rate did we find "they didn't like our credit report" as a reason. We have NEVER defaulted on ANY account with ANY company!!!! We were told by their "customer service rep" that they don't care.

IN OUR OPINION, cancel your Chase cards before this happens to you!!!!! We will also be sure to tell anyone we need to finance a car or home with that we do not want a loan from Chase.

Of course, how can you expect to get any help from a company that has lousy customer service reps that won't even let you speak when you, the customer, call in with a concern.
