Chase Colby Loan Modification through LINDY VAN CLEAVE defrauded my mother of $2000.00 while my mother was in foreclosure, and assured her they would get her a loan mod, reduce interest and principal, and guaranteed that Indymac would pick up unpaid taxes and insurance. 

THEY LIED.  Chase Colby was taken to court by me and I won a default judgment against them in Florida (Public Record).  I have not been able to reach them, but I have a default judgment that I will eventually Amend to include Ms. LINDY VAN CLEAVE's name and domesticate the judgment in California.  The Interest continues to run as I continue to attempt to settle this matter with attorneys in that state.

The Florida attorney General also issued a summons to this company.  I am also in contacts with the California Attorney general and will have LINDY VAN CLEAVE included in the summonses. 

I strongly suggest you do not solicit Chase Colby's services or anything with LINDY VAN CLEAVE'S name on it. 

I will not rest until LINDY VAN CLEAVE and Chase Colby are held accountable for what they have done to my mother.  If it takes me a lifetime, I will get that money back.
