1.  First Ripoff: Chase Best Buy Credit Card uses a devious method to discourage on-time or early payment of promotional zero or low interest purchases.

When the Chase website is entered for payment, it first gives only two choices:  Minimum Payment or Full Payment.  Of course, the minimum payment will not pay off the card amount within the promotional interest payment time which will give you the full accrued interest due at the end of the promotional period--in my case, hundreds of dollars.

It is not until you click to exit or continue that the screen shows up allowing you to select a payment amount that would pay off the amount within the promotional period.  This is obviously done intentionally to discourage payment within the promotional period.  A RIPOFF.

2.  Second Ripoff:  Chase Best Buy Credit Card will only allow on-line payments by bank account number.  If you are so unlucky to enter an incorrect Bank Routing number or Bank account number, in a week or so, you will receive a card in the mail from Chase saying that the account number was not identified by the bank and that they have assessed a penalty of $45.  I was lucky in that the card came the day the payment was due or they would have charged several hundred dollars for the interest on a promotional zero interest purchase.  As it was, I still had to pay a $15 fee for a telephone payment.  WHAT A RIPOFF.  I will drop my Chase Care and no longer go to Best Buy.
