Chase Home Finance Deceived About Payment Due Date Columbus Ohio

Please read my Rip Off comment.  I too went through 5 years of chapter 13.  It has been over a year now (Since June of 2009) and they still have not sent me an invoice.  I called them month after month and they assured me that everything was OK and that I would soon get an invoice.  I received a letter stating that my payments will begin on Feb 2010 and they told me how much.  I continued to make my payments, then I received a letter saying that I owed them thousands of dollars.  Last month they told me that I owed them over $1700.  In any case, I noticed that my payments were posted late in May 2010.  Was not posted in June nor in July of 2010.  I immediately sent them a certified check and took it to a local Chase bank.  I got my receipt.  Would you believe that they have not posted my payments still.  I am completely up to date, but today I received a call from Chase informing me that my house was going up for foreclosure.  I told them that the Judge will see all my receipts and will throw their foreclosure and them out of court.  Chase is out of control.  They are enemies of the common people.  I believe that what they are doing is to systematically foreclose on most of their non profitable accounts.  My payments are very low because my rates are very low.
