DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH CHASE BANK, UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN & NO RECOURSE AVAILABLE!
I OPENED TWO CHECKING ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE BANK, AT MY LOCAL BRANCH IN INDIANA.
I ORDERED DEBIT CARDS AND BEGAN USING THEM FOR PURCHASES; ONLINE & LOCAL.
I RECEIVED SEVERAL FRAUDULENT CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD SHORTLY AFTER USING THEM FOR A FEW TRANSACTIONS!
CHASE REFUSES TO HONOR ANY OF THEIR PROTECTION POLICIES AND MY ACCOUNT WAS OVERDRAFTED DUE TO THESE UN-AUTHORIZED CHARGES. I CALLED THE DISPUTE DEPARTMENT AND THEY WERE RUDE, CALLING ME A LIAR ABOUT THE CHARGES ON MY DEBIT CARD. THEY REFUSED TO CREDIT ME FOR THE UN-AUTHORIZED CHARGES, AND I WAS SIMPLY OUT THE MONEY!
CHASE BANK IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!
THEY ARE FRAUD CON-ARTISTS, THE COMPANY IS FULL OF THEFT & CRIMINAL ACTIVITY! JOHN HANSON WAS THE "SUPERVISOR" IN THIS CASE AND REFUSED TO SOLVE MY SITUATION OR PROVIDE ANY COMPENSATION FOR MY ISSUES!
