Chase Payment Protector Cancelled Protector Program- Continued to be Billed- Went into Financial Hardship and STILL BILLED Internet

Chase banks seems to know nothing about the payment protector program EXCEPT for how to sell it.  They will push you as mentioned by others and then when you have questions or problems they will wave their hands up in the air "not my problem".  If it isn't your problem then WHY do you sell it.  If you know that people have a multitude of problems with this company then again WHY do you sell it.

I cancelled on the phone my program- or thought I did.  Then I went into serious economic hardship- lost job, business got hit hard by the economy, and still I owe hundreds of dollars I find out to this payment protector.  I asked Chase- now logically does this make sense- why am i protecting my payments when I am not on a fixed plan and have cancelled the card?  They said called payment protector.

I feel like a gerbil on a wheel, I am in more debt now and can't get out of debt because these rip off artists are charging me money for something that is illogical and which I ALREADY CANCELLED.  I am having the hardest year of my life, I can barely pay rent and these fat cats are getting more money off ripping me off.  I am so ready for a law suit.  This is immoral and is also illeagal.  I have seen all the rip off reports and Chase knows the deal they just chose to turn a blind eye so there fat cats can get fatter while people who have MBAs and speak 3 languages are wondering if they should go work in the grocery store until the economy gets better.

I want justice.  I want the money taken off my debt and I want someone to reform the banking system.  This is insane and grossly unfair.  No wonder there is a shrinking in the size of the middle class.  The banks and credit card companies have all of our money whether they are entitled to it or not and refuse to give it BACK!!!.
