 Beware of Cheapo air as they charge a separate fee of $11.95 to assign a seat without proper notice. This is for free seats and they call it enhanced fee, but should enhanced rip off.

We do offer a enhanced seat assistance, however, as a customer when you are reviewing the seat map, it does tell you there is a charge for assigning seats you either decline it or continue on. This customer continued on apparently did not see the charge that displays on the screen. You can cancel it if you are not completely satisfied. This allows you to chose from better seats that perhaps are free, such as window, aisle. The less desirable seats are what get's left for assigning at the airport or during your check in, which is 24 hours prior. So this service you won't get what's left over. If you haven't already received a refund, and travel hasn't begun, please contact our office, we will be glad to refund it.
