Cheaptrips Refund not recieved, company lies about processing it RIPOFF Cherry Hills New Jersey

*Author of original report: 3 Months after cancelling, still no refund
Sent in my info as they instructed on their website to receive a refund and they refuse to process it. They continue to stall me and won't credit my card. They never fully explained conditions of membership in the first place and when I called to get info after I signed up. They are uncooperative.

It is now September and I requested the refund in June. Still cannot get any information and even get "Refund Dept" to return my calls. Today they had the gall to call me and say "I'm with Cheaptrips customer service and we are verifying your address, phone, etc." I said "Is this about my refund?" The girl said, "No, I'm just calling to update our records." I said "If you were doing your job right you would see that I am cancelling my membership and trying to get my money back." She didn't care....nobody over there does. How do people work for companies like this with a conscious?

3 Months after cancelling, still no refund

Called again today and they state Corporate office is supposed to contact me. I told them I didn't want to talk to anybody else, I just want my refund. These people continue to get away with this, and I just don't understand how someone can work for a company like that. STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPTRIPS.COM (This is not the same as Cheaptickets.com).
