Chef Basket They way overcharged for shipping Van Nuys, California

I ordered chef baskets from a tv ad aired on the Fox News channel while I was in Dallas. When I called it was all automated and the part about free shipping went quickly and was not clear.  As a result, I got an order of 1 basket with a bonus of buy one get one free.  Then I got 2 more basket orders of sets of 2 baskets each.  It was suppose to be a great deal for 30.00.  Somehow there was suppose to be free shipping, but that was unclear. 

They did not charge me shipping for each order, but for EACH BASKET which came to 41.94.
These basket weigh very little. It was 20.97 for each order, or 6.99 a basket.

They are obviously making money off of the shipping which is very extravagant.  I called to get a refund on the shipping or even a partial refund, and they gave me an absolute NO.

Summary:
3 sets of 2 baskets - 30.00  (6 baskets total)
shipping      - 41.94  total -  weight, less than 4 lbs., size of package, 11 1/2" by 9 1/2" by 6".

This is a scam!

Ordering was tortuous because you have to listen to sooo many other offers.  I even got a phone call a week or so later from the same telemarketing insisting that I try some jewelry for so many days.
