Chegg.com quoted me that my almost new textbook is worth $16.92 so I printed out their prepaid postage and shipped them my book! Now they email me that the book was received and are only willing to send me a check for $12.72!!! chegg.com is doing a Fraudulent Practice!!! Kentucky
