I placed my order on 6/5/14. Two days later, I email them to see if they have sent my order, as no tracking number or confirmation was received, no response. I email them again on day three, no response. I call on day four, voicemail for some d****ebag that doesn't call back. Day seven, I call Paypal, as the payment was processed through them, and I file a claim. As I am on the phone with Paypal, I receive two emails back to back...one for the Paypal claim, and one from customerservice@chestfxstore.com. The following is the email from them:

Awfully convenient that I receive this AS I AM MAKING THE DISPUTE CLAIM WITH PAYPAL!!

FYI

I just called my bank...$1,842.44 in the account...so it's not a funds issue. The order was processed...so it's not a problem with the card...so what could it be??

These scam artists like to respond to Ripoff Reports with a generic rebuttal:

Dear Customer,

We are very sorry that you had a problem with our company.  Due to the annonymous nature of this site, we were unable to determine the customer in question.  It is really unfair to honest business owners that this complaint can be filed without a name attached.  In some cases, it is a competitor who wants to make their competiton lose sales.

If you are the person who posted this, please contact our website or call us on our toll free number listed above so we can resolve this for you. More than likely, your problem has already been corrected since we always take care of our customers in a timely manner when problems arise.

We feel that shopping online with your credit card is the safest way to shop.  Federal law provides customers with the abilitly to "charge back" any charges placed on a card that were unauthorized or product not delivered.  All it takes is one call to your credit card company.

We are very thankful that Ripoff Report allows for a rebuttal because there are always two sides to a story.  We do hope that this customer contacts us so we can post the tracking info on this website to prove that we did take care of this issue.
