I placed an order a month ago, they charged my card right away (stole my money), of course. A week after I email them to see if they have sent my order, as no tracking number or confirmation was received, they replied saying it has been sent and will arrive shotly. Eight days passed and did not get anything, I emailed them again. Four days later they said they were "sorry" for the problem and sent me a tracking number, that has been in pre shipment for 8 days!!
They havent even sent it. I keep sending emails for money back or to send the d**n order but they do not answer. I dont know what kind of business they are doing but it is certainly shady. The email with tracking number I received says the seller is MGR and the email provided is customerservice@lasvegasnightclubdeals.com (another scam).

Dear Customer,
We are very sorry that you had a problem with our company. Due to the annonymous nature of this site, we were unable to determine the customer in question. It is really unfair to honest business owners that this complaint can be filed without a name attached. In some cases, it is a competitor who wants to make their competiton lose sales.
If you are the person who posted this, please contact our website or call us on our toll free number listed above so we can resolve this for you. More than likely, your problem has already been corrected since we always take care of our customers in a timely manner when problems arise.
We feel that shopping online with your credit card is the safest way to shop. Federal law provides customers with the abilitly to "charge back" any charges placed on a card that were unauthorized or product not delivered. All it takes is one call to your credit card company.
We are very thankful that Ripoff Report allows for a rebuttal because there are always two sides to a story. We do hope that this customer contacts us so we can post the tracking info on this website to prove that we did take care of this issue.
