CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES HELP!!CHILDREN TAKEN FROM FATHER AND GIVEN TO METH ADDICT MOTHER..??? WALLA WALLA Washington

Please go to this website ( parentalrights.org ) to view what the United States Government and the United Nation's has in store for the American parents rights and how they are taking away your right as a parent and giving them to court systems. Read about the treaty that the US government is supporting and ratified. If a treaty is signed and ratified by the US government it supersedes the Constitution and is above all State and Federal laws we have currently in place, giving the governments the full authority of the best interest of our children regardless of what we as parents feel about it.
The UN is having the elections for a committee to create and enforce this new treaty on May 12 2009. We as Americans need to stand up for our rights as parents. Please go to the website ( parentalrights.org ) and do some research and determine for yourself. If you believe they are taking your rights away then sign the petition on that site to have an amendment added to the constitution to protect us from that issue. They are destroying what this country was founded on and what is means.

I am sorry for your issues with CPS in this messed up state if ours. We also live in Washington and have been fighting with CPS & the court system for 4 years. Different situation though.

My step daughter is now 4. Last year, at 3 years old, her mother had dropped her off with me, for my fiancee's weekend visitation. She had arrived with 2nd & 3rd degree burns on her hip underneath her jeans. Her mother had showed them to me and said her 5 1/2 year old son ran into her with a pedal bicycle. BULL! I had called her father as he was at work and asked for him to meet me at the hospital. The hospital knew that this was a couple day old burn and was completely against her going back to her mother on Monday.

My fiancee has tested negative for all drug tests, including work drug tests for well over 8 years. I am also negative for drugs. My fiancee & I do not have drug addictions or alcohol problems. We do not get in trouble with the law. I also have four children whom are very well taken care of & in our care. We do not go out unless our children want to do something, other than that we are home bodies, unless it is hunting season. We also have taken parenting classes. Every one who knows us in our town including members of the town council have written statements to the courts proving our worth.

My step daughter was in the temporary care of the mother's mother from about 9 months till she was 2+, as awarded custody by the courts because the mother of the child was abusing drugs & alcohol and leaving the child with small children (one was 9). And there is a lot more to that story on how her mother gained custody of her child. The child's mother gained custody of her back at the end of 2006, although we fought for her.

Anyway, Feb, 14, 2007 we had received drug tests back on the mother which were positive for cocaine, the court immediately gave custody to my fiancee. Two days later....her attorney & her family had fought the court saying her drug use was an accident. The judge put her back into the care of her mother Feb. 16th, 2007, 2 days later.

As for the 2nd & 3rd degree burns....CPS had taken her from our care and was going to put her into foster care until the court proceedings. The day after taking her from our care, a CPS worker showed up at my fiancee's work and hounded him for 20+ minutes while he was on the clock. She wanted him to agree on putting the child into the care of the mother's, grandmother, until they complete the investigation. The mother of the child works for the grandmother and see's her on a daily basis, but, the worker insisted that the mother would not be allowed around the child. PERIOD. Bull!
My fiancee was put on the spot and had no choice, after continuously saying NO, he ended up saying yes cause she would not take NO for an answer.

This so called mother has had the WSP pull her over and had a drug sniffing dog in her vehicle and found meth and a pipe with residue. We have so much evidence agianst her, I mean stacks of papers against her that have been obtained from the WSP, the sheriff's department, everything! It's unbelievable! She has nothing against. And I mean nothing!

But, nearly 1 month later, CPS had finished their investigation with inconclusive evidence and returned the child to her mother. Although, it was inconclusive, it doesn't mean the things aren't going to happen again while she is in her mother's care. Who is responsible for the child then? The mother? Or CPS?

This child has been taken from the care of her mother three times in less than 3 1/2 years.
1- By her OWN mother for a 1 1/2+ years.
2- By the court.
and 3- By CPS.

WASHINGTON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THE CHILDREN IN THIS STATE AND MY STEP-DAUGHTER IS PROOF!

Did I mention that the courts & CPS know the mother is dating a sex offender and also knows we have had to take her to Everett to be checked due to the child's sexual behaviors?
Yeah, it is wonderful how our state allows irresponsible mother's to take the responsibility of a child on when they can't even take care of themselves.

As for the News, I don't honestly think it would help you. I know this because we have substantial evidence against the mother and no one, not even the news or the people in our state's office or some (high up) attorney's I have written to, would not listen to this case.
News personnel will not get involved because it is case sensitive... meaning there is a child involved. I have also emailed Nancy Grace concerning my fiancee's custody case and have heard nothing.

I have heard of this very same thing in the state of Indiana. Meth MOM would not give children back to "father". Dad is a good Dad too. NEVER in trouble with drugs, NEVER been in trouble with the law, unlike METH MOM.

Like I said to this person, CALL the local TV stations, CALL the local Newspapers.

I told him that I thought that CPS was positioning themselves to hand the children over to FOSTER care. More money for them. heck CPS will get BIG BUCKS in the father paying childsupport, PLUS kick back for SSI and Medicare. since the children are "a mess" and need a lot of counseling.

CALL THE NEWSPAPER. be your children voice.

All I can say is wow. Surely this isn't happening the way you say it is. There has to be more to the story than this. If your ex-wife is as bed as you say then I have to ask what your rap sheet must look like. Have you contacted the news media about this? I would think the local media would have a field day with this story.
