Child Support Network BEWARE! This company couldn't even collect from an International Pop Star!!!! Phoenix Arizona

I hired this company nearly a year ago to collect an overwhleming amount of money owed me by my ex-husband, who is an Internationally famous pop star.

Although I was not asked to pay an initial "fee" as with other Ripoff Report victims, I was made to sing a 6 pg. contract which provides them an application fee, collection fee and 35% of all monies collected, even if it is not as a result of their efforts!

I was under the false impression that they are an agency for the sole purpose of collecting child support. Apparently they are just a random collection agency.
During the past year, they have done NOTHING. They have never contacted my ex-husband. They have not sent me one status report. They do not answer their phone, respond to emails, or return phone calls.

It was only after several attempts to contact them, that I received a phone call back, informing me they are out of business. She claimed they had sent me 2 letters (FALSE!) that I never received (I've had the same address for 15 yrs) and also claimed they had no contact info for my ex-husband (FALSE! I had provided them w/ his info in the beginning!) They are liars!

She referred me to another "child support" agency "NCS" with only a P.O. Box. address & faxed me an "amendment" which gives BOTH agencies a child support agreement & POA!

After wasting my time with CSN, I investigated NCS, only to discover Ripoff Report victim's complaints on this agency! I suspect maybe NCS went out of business and reopened under a new name!

o not waste your time on this agency who preys on victims who have already been vicitmized by deadbeat dads and a child support system that doesn't care.
