Little do they know the B.S. that's going on down at the Orange County Childhelp! I have seen staff wrongfully terminated to management retaliating against staff. It's horrible how management treats their employees! Speak up and I guarantee you that you'll have some kind of write-up or supposed child allegation made against you. I spoke up and the program manager transferred me from one location to another!

Baker (girls) - Food cabinets and freezers are locked. Staff does not have access to properly feed the children at times. Supervisor claims it needs to be locked per Licensing. If this gets brought up to CCL's attention, I'm sure they will demand for the locks to be removed. Sometimes the cabinet and freezer are locked for days, having to borrow food from another location. In a time of crisis, the supervisor locks herself in the office stating she has paperwork to do. Several times, the supervisor was caught playing Solitaire on the computer while in a middle of crisis. The supervisor interferes while staff is interacting with clients and walks away after setting them off. Supervisor manipulates and bribes clients with treats. Supervisor is on a constant smoke break and the non-smokers are not allowed to having breaks at all. The supervisor creates unnecessary paperwork for staff to do and so little time on the floor to spend with clients. The main AM staff micromanages as if she's the assistant supervisor,..... ETC., ETC.

Johnson (sibling) Unorganized! Paperwork is misplaced all the time! When did the company start approving for staff to be picked up from home and dropped off in the company vehicle? We signed paperwork stating that we are not to use the company vehicle for personal use what so ever! When a certain staff took home Easter baskets with money and toys, it was reported and nothing was done. The same staff takes home leftovers and bag full of snacks for her kids,ETC., ETC.

Joann (boys) - Now at this location, the program manager's cousin and the cousin's baby's daddy's best friend works there. Let's just say they're all related somehow, sheesh! I have no respect for the program manager what so ever! She is so shady and unprofessional,' inconsistent, and never follows up with anything! She hired her buddy who eventually became a supervisor and look at what happened! Fired for hitting a kid? Great! As for the donations that were mentioned in the other report, all I gotta say is look in the office upstairs! She hordes it all, locks everything up and does not give them to the kids. So where does all the donated items go to? Poor neighbors that gotta put up with staff parking their cars in their spots! One therapist blocks the neighbor's driveway all the time! No respect what so ever!!!! ....ETC., ETC.

All I gotta say is: This is Orange County Childhelp, not Ghettoville Childhelp in Watts or in San Bernardino!!! Orange County Childhelp used to have a great reputation but not anymore!!!
