Went to Chili's earlier that day to grab a cheap bite with my friend. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and we left without any serious issues. Came back the same exact night with the same exact staff to get dessert. On our way in we were laughing, just like we were laughing when we were there earlier that day. The hostess proceeded to then run and tell the manage that we were "drunk". The manager then instructed the WAITRESS, being to cowardly or lazy to handle the situation himself, to come over and tell us in snarkiest tone that they refused to serve us because we were "drunk". we then proceeded to tell her we hadn't been drinking and were obviously underage in the first place. (They had also tried to serve us liquor at our first meal that day without carding us). She continued to speak down to us with an attitude and accuse of being drunk even though we were speaking to her clear and concisely. As I was leaving, absolutely appalled and offended, I asked to speak to the so-called manager. It took him nearly 5 minutes for him to stop talking to the group of employees that were standing in the corner and clearly eyeing us up before he even acknowleged us. When he came over all he would do is say "yup" with an attitude as i explained how offended we were and asked for the number for the cooperate office. 

We were too "drunk" to order dessert, but the staff and management didn't think we were "too drunk" to drive home.

Tell me what type of sense that makes.

Will never dine her ever again!

I too am offended by Chili's customer service

As admirable as it may be that Chili's has their "causes", ad pretends to care about its guests, it is despicable that they drive their agenda through deceit. I was just "blocked" from commenting on Chili's FaceBook page and my earlier comment was removed which you can see here:

"Chili's is becoming another Fox News outlet. I'm still incensed by their new policy of "no e-cigs permitted". It's fine that they have banned them. I get that...their choice, but...what is wrong is that they are telling their customers that the FDA has banned all e-cigs. This is an insult to customers who happen to be up on the news and know for a fact that they have not been banned by the FDA. When I asked Chili's corporate for a copy of the FDA ban they essentially told me that as far as they were concerned the issue was closed, no need for further communication. I love how Chili's has their head in the sand on so many issues and willingly misleads their customer base."
