Stopped by the local Chili's for a cold brew this date, 8/27/07 @ 2:31 PM.
The place was empty save for 1 female & 1 male at the bar and a couple in the booths.
Several employees were standing around shooting the s**t blocking the entrance...I had to excuse myself to get by a wavy haired blond fellow talking to another male just to get in!
The bar was a mess! Plates of uneaten food and dirty plates littered nearly HALF of the crest of horse shoe bar. Old cob corn is gross!
I sat at the bar behind the taps. No bartender in sight for about 5 minutes.
Big figured girl with brown hair and pastey complexion appears, takes care of couple in booth, checks on 1 male at bar, starts chatting with female with camera at bar. Tends to cash register, makes drinks, says to me "Be with you in a minute," starts making mixers, chats with girl with camera and does bar chores.
I left after 10 minutes without my cold beer!
MY FAULT!
I've been going to Chili's/Sierra Vista for about a year and the service has diminished, as well as my attendance. All of the GOOD bar keeps have left for greener pastures, leaving the slugs!
Well, there's light at the end of the tunnel!
El Paso Grill & Buffalo Wild Wings are opening soon and a Texas Roadhouse is planned. Let's hope the Chili's bar staff doesn't jump ship!

ithin 48 hrs rec'd a personal call from Management watching over the S/V site while the local boss was on vacation.
Rec'd $30 worth of coupons (like I will go back and use them).
Corey was very attentive and wanted to hear the specifics.
Was glad to get a personal response!
