My experience with Choice Home Warranty as a HVACR contractor is as follows

When you go to a job they look for ways not to pay claims. One example was a job where the compressor in the AC condenser was bad. I got it running by installing an hard start kit. That lasted a week they sent me out to fix the unit the compressor was blown They then sent me totake pictures of the unit. Then they told the home oowner I reported a lack of mmantinance of the compresser cause the problem, They denied the claim. Also I was for my time.

All the jobs assigned I was paid for one job. The district manager lies about attempting to get paymentfor the work.

Bottom line I wouldn't this company to anyone.
