denied a claim for a microwave one year ago, due to the fact that it had normal wear and tear from being in place for 10 yrs. Now our claim for our maytag 3 door frig is denied, because, they are unabe to locate a serial number on the machine. so the machine is unrepariable, and they wuill credit us the cost of the part which is $260.00 FAR FROM THE COST OF REPLACEMENT !!! Although they paid us $200.00 for the Microwave... Also less then the cost of replacement. So .. if we do the math.. we paid out more in premiums to Choice Home Warrenty,, and $90.00 in service calls..
